Window Management API browser support
Published Updated
The Window Management API lets a page learn whether the device has more than one screen (window.screen.isExtended) and, after the user grants the window-management permission, read per-screen details through window.getScreenDetails() to place windows precisely. isExtended reports false whenever the window-management Permissions Policy blocks the API, even on a multi-screen device, and each window.open() call still needs its own user gesture.
The table covers the API as recorded in MDN browser-compat-data.
